MUC5B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,032 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC5B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGR2, WFDC2, and S100P. Each is linked with MUC5B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC5B-to-partner and partner-to-MUC5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUC5B versus AGR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
