MUC5AC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC5AC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,214 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC5AC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGR2, SGSM3, and MUC5B. Each is linked with MUC5AC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC5AC-to-partner and partner-to-MUC5AC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC5AC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC5AC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
