The most reproducible MUC5AC-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGR2, TSPAN1, and BPIFB1. Each is linked with MUC5AC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC5AC-to-partner and partner-to-MUC5AC results are reported.
