MUC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MUC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,653 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCD2, NEK4, and EAF1. Each is linked with MUC4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC4-to-partner and partner-to-MUC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FANCD2 grouped by MUC4-low versus MUC4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
