MUC3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MUC3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPXCR1, PROP1, and G6PC2. Each is linked with MUC3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC3A-to-partner and partner-to-MUC3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPXCR1 grouped by MUC3A-low versus MUC3A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
