MUC21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,894 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC21-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP10, RNA5SP47, and LINC01050. Each is linked with MUC21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC21-to-partner and partner-to-MUC21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC21→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
