MUC20

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,338 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SDCBP2, SAFB_S507, and TCEA3_S158. Each is linked with MUC20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC20-to-partner and partner-to-MUC20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUC20 versus SDCBP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC20→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
