MUC20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC20-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3_pY1289, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Ku80. Each is linked with MUC20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC20-to-partner and partner-to-MUC20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER3_pY1289 grouped by MUC20-low versus MUC20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC20→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
