Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,578 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MUC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCOC, CTSG, and GNPNAT1. Each is linked with MUC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC2-to-partner and partner-to-MUC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
