MUC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MUC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,199 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CATSPER3, OR1L3, and RNASEH2C. Each is linked with MUC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC2-to-partner and partner-to-MUC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
