MUC19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MUC19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,001 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC19-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP2-4, GLYATL3, and PIGY. Each is linked with MUC19 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC19-to-partner and partner-to-MUC19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC19→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
