Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MUC16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MUC5B, IKZF2_S56, and KRT7_S38. Each is linked with MUC16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC16-to-partner and partner-to-MUC16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUC16 versus MUC5B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
