MUC16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MUC16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,686 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP300, CYBRD1, and SLC66A3. Each is linked with MUC16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC16-to-partner and partner-to-MUC16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFAP300 grouped by MUC16-low versus MUC16-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
