Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,512 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MUC15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP2, UHRF1BP1L, and ARHGAP44. Each is linked with MUC15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC15-to-partner and partner-to-MUC15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUC15 versus MAP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
