Across TCGA cell cohorts, MUC15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MUC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TECRL. Each is linked with MUC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC15-to-partner and partner-to-MUC15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TECRL grouped by MUC15-low versus MUC15-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
