MUC13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,515 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSPAN8, AGR2, and TJP3_S203. Each is linked with MUC13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC13-to-partner and partner-to-MUC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUC13 versus TSPAN8 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
