Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,101 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MUC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF7, ENO1, and RN7SKP169. Each is linked with MUC13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC13-to-partner and partner-to-MUC13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF7 grouped by MUC13-low versus MUC13-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
