Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, ATM, and 53BP1. Each is linked with MUC13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC13-to-partner and partner-to-MUC13 results are reported.
