MTX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,780 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB4, SCAMP3, and DAP3. Each is linked with MTX1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTX1-to-partner and partner-to-MTX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTX1 versus PSMB4 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
