Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTUS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,552 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTUS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPHA10, PAK5, and FAM149A. Each is linked with MTUS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTUS2-to-partner and partner-to-MTUS2 results are reported.
