Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRF1LP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,339 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTRF1LP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGO3, HNRNPH1, and ZDHHC17. Each is linked with MTRF1LP1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRF1LP1-to-partner and partner-to-MTRF1LP1 results are reported.
