MTREX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTREX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,250 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTREX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHAX, MOCS2, and DHX29. Each is linked with MTREX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTREX-to-partner and partner-to-MTREX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTREX versus PHAX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTREX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTREX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
