Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTREX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,617 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTREX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERAC1, IGHD2-15, and MYO5BP1. Each is linked with MTREX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTREX-to-partner and partner-to-MTREX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERAC1 grouped by MTREX-low versus MTREX-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTREX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTREX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
