Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTREX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTREX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA7, C1orf158, and KRTAP3-2. Each is linked with MTREX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTREX-to-partner and partner-to-MTREX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA7 grouped by MTREX-low versus MTREX-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTREX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTREX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
