MTRES1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRES1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,374 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTRES1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC40, NT5DC1, and SYNCRIP. Each is linked with MTRES1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRES1-to-partner and partner-to-MTRES1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTRES1 versus CDC40 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRES1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRES1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
