MTRES1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRES1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,627 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTRES1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNAI2, RAB8B, and MT-CO2. Each is linked with MTRES1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRES1-to-partner and partner-to-MTRES1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTRES1 versus GNAI2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRES1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRES1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
