MTRES1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTRES1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 836 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTRES1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM48P1, COPRSP1, and LINC00459. Each is linked with MTRES1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRES1-to-partner and partner-to-MTRES1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBM48P1 grouped by MTRES1-low versus MTRES1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTRES1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTRES1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
