Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTRES1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,898 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTRES1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translational elongation, Glutaminyl-tRNAGln biosynthesis via transamidation, and Branched-chain amino acid catabolic process. Each is linked with MTRES1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTRES1-to-partner and partner-to-MTRES1 results are reported.
