Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTPAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,528 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTPAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTBP2, CUL2, and UPF2. Each is linked with MTPAP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTPAP-to-partner and partner-to-MTPAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTPAP versus CTBP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTPAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTPAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
