Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTPAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,062 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTPAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMP3, MAN1C1, and ARHGEF6. Each is linked with MTPAP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTPAP-to-partner and partner-to-MTPAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTPAP versus EMP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTPAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTPAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
