Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,504 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT2, ZNF25, and DMPK. Each is linked with MTO1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTO1-to-partner and partner-to-MTO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTO1 versus PRMT2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.21.
