MTO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,978 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOD1P2, RNA5SP412, and MIR187. Each is linked with MTO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTO1-to-partner and partner-to-MTO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOD1P2 grouped by MTO1-low versus MTO1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
