Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, AMPK_pT172, and Rab11. Each is linked with MTO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTO1-to-partner and partner-to-MTO1 results are reported.
