MTNR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTNR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,086 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTNR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are POMK, F11-AS1, and USP34. Each is linked with MTNR1A in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTNR1A-to-partner and partner-to-MTNR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTNR1A versus POMK in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.15.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTNR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTNR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
