MTNR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTNR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,798 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTNR1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN2, SHANK3_S1570, and SLC4A4_T1027. Each is linked with MTNR1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTNR1A-to-partner and partner-to-MTNR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTNR1A versus SEPTIN2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTNR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTNR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
