Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTNR1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTNR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, INPP4B, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with MTNR1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTNR1A-to-partner and partner-to-MTNR1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by MTNR1A-low versus MTNR1A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTNR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTNR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
