MTNR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTNR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,426 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTNR1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Protein-RNA complex organization. Each is linked with MTNR1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTNR1A-to-partner and partner-to-MTNR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion grouped by MTNR1A-low versus MTNR1A-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTNR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTNR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
