MTND5P28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND5P28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,517 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND5P28-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00894, NPTN-IT1, and ZNF587. Each is linked with MTND5P28 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND5P28-to-partner and partner-to-MTND5P28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTND5P28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTND5P28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
