Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND4P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,153 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND4P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of organelle assembly, Protein autophosphorylation, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with MTND4P9 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND4P9-to-partner and partner-to-MTND4P9 results are reported.
