Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND4P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND4P9 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MTND4P9 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND4P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.
KIRC, LIHC, and LAML are the cancer types where MTND4P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
