Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND4P35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,145 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND4P35-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-ND4L, MT-ND4, and MTATP8P1. Each is linked with MTND4P35 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND4P35-to-partner and partner-to-MTND4P35 results are reported.
