Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND4P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,025 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTND4P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Carbohydrate derivative transport, Negative regulation of supramolecular fiber organization, and Protein homooligomerization. Each is linked with MTND4P3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND4P3-to-partner and partner-to-MTND4P3 results are reported.
