Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND4P29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,610 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND4P29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, RNA 3'-end processing, and Positive regulation of translation. Each is linked with MTND4P29 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND4P29-to-partner and partner-to-MTND4P29 results are reported.
