The most reproducible MTND4P22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of carbohydrate metabolic process, Cellular respiration, and Aerobic respiration. Each is linked with MTND4P22 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND4P22-to-partner and partner-to-MTND4P22 results are reported.
