Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND4P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,466 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTND4P14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP4, JAK2, and NCKAP1L. Each is linked with MTND4P14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND4P14-to-partner and partner-to-MTND4P14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTND4P14 versus GBP4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTND4P14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTND4P14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
