Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND4P14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND4P14 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MTND4P14 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND4P14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

UVM, LUSC, and CHOL are the cancer types where MTND4P14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
