Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND4P11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,803 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTND4P11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylation, Microtubule-based transport, and Respiratory electron transport chain. Each is linked with MTND4P11 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND4P11-to-partner and partner-to-MTND4P11 results are reported.
