Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND4P11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND4P11 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher MTND4P11 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND4P11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRP, COAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where MTND4P11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
