Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTND4LP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,275 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTND4LP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBMS3, TNS2, and SORBS3. Each is linked with MTND4LP9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND4LP9-to-partner and partner-to-MTND4LP9 results are reported.
