Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTND4LP9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTND4LP9 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher MTND4LP9 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND4LP9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
MESO, LUSC, and STAD are the cancer types where MTND4LP9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
